Rick Stein is opening a 130 seat fish and chip restaurant, takeaway and oyster bar in Falmouth 19th March 2010.

Cornwall Spring Flower Show is to be held at Boconnoc, nr Lostwithiel on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th April 2010.

The two day show will have many Horticultural stands, competitive classes, Floral Art Display, Lectures, Botanical Art Exhibition, Art in the Garden, Live music, Catering, Plants for sale and Free parking.

Culdrose Air Day 2010
Royal Naval Air Station Culdrose will hold its annual Air Day on Wednesday 28 July 2010.

Fast jets, helicopters and military aircraft will demonstrate their capabilities as they zoom across the skies, and visitors will be able to meet aircrew who have served on frontline squadrons all over the world.

Fun filled day for all the family featuring a range of outdoor and rural pursuits. Cornwall & Devon Tug-o-War Championships, Heavy Horses, Companion Dog Show, Dog agility, Donkey Derby and our ever popular craft and food marquees. Outside trade stands also in attendance.
